It made my trip to Abbeyshrule an enjoyable experience. Greatly enjoyed this brand-new hotel: excellent food and friendly and good staff. The location of the venue was perfect, by the canal. Besides, it was close enough to a very nice restaurant as well as the pub that's 5 minutes walk from the house.

Well-appointed and nicely decorated unit with comfortable bed, nice bath, for example. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Perfect spot just next door to nearest convenient train station, Abbeyview House, right in the middle of the country, and the local bar/ restaurant.

Wir wurden herzlich vom Besitzer empfangen und bekamen viele hilfreiche Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten und authentische Restaurants. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchten. Das Frühstück wurde täglich aufgefüllt und das Zimmer wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal, da es sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums befand. Wir konnten entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Außerdem waren kostenpflichtige Parkplätze vorhanden.

I recently stayed at a beautifully restored 18th/19th century residential home called Abbeyview House in a lovely rural village. The house itself was tastefully decorated and exuded a charming ambiance. Just a short 7-minute walk away, I found a delightful restaurant/pub called The Rustic Inn. I had a fantastic three-course dinner there, and I was pleasantly surprised by their extensive wine list. The combination of the elegant Abbeyview House and the nearby restaurant made my visit to the area truly memorable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their flexibility with my arrival time.

Although it would have been nice to have an en-suite bathroom, it was only a minor inconvenience as the rest of the house was so lovely.

Everything was perfect, however we stayed for 1 night only. Staff was super amicable and good. The hotel was in an unbeatable location, in a lovely area. It made our trip to Abbeyshrule a very lovely experience.
